Key holder service

The last thing you want whilst not in residence is an issue such as a leak, or broken window. Whilst you are on the other side of the country, or world, we can act as key holders to mitigate the risks and potential pitfalls of having a property that spends a proportion of its time empty. We have great links to trustworthy local tradespeople to carry out repairs.

We can regularly inspect your property, as often as suits you, inside, outside or both.

• Meter reading, let us take care of your meter readings

• Post redirect, named post will be sent to you.

• Severe weather check, we will ensure properties are checked promptly after any severe weather, or power cuts.

We will highlight any problems or potential issues. Often we can resolve them without bothering you. But if we do find an issue, we will tell you how best to solve it and contact trusted local trades on your behalf. After each visit you will get a report, and video/photograps.
